Club Festival at the Town Hall
Over the past 20 years, cultural and community spaces, the ruin pubs, have shaped the cityscape of Budapest and are still an integral part of the vibrant and diverse life of the capital.

The 2024 Budapest Spring Festival aims to give an open and free “playing field” to the great representatives of the era and the new generation for one night, and to take the club atmosphere out of the narrow streets and closed walls of the party district with quality music and art performances.
On the first two weekends of May, the Club Festival is waiting for you in the courtyard of the Town Hall!
The Turbina Cultural Centre will present its usual line-up of unique contemporary artists and DJ sets, while Open Mic Budapest will celebrate its 10th anniversary with an All Stars Show. The ‘home of the rum tavern’, theSzimpla Kert will once again prove that layer music can be universal, with an eclectic evening that spans genres. Another prominent representative of the golden age, the “great survivor”, Gödör Klub brings us multicultural Budapest, where generations and genres meet through concerts only on this night, one of the most famous representatives of the club celebrating 25 years of raising contemporary gypsy culture to the level of world music. Visitors will also be taken on a special musical journey that pays tribute to the work of Béla Bartók. The works will be performed for the first time on sampler, drum machine and turntable.
